That’s how ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini read most specialty food stores. AI shopping agents filter on attributes. If an attribute isn’t written clearly on your product page, the product doesn’t exist for the shopper who asked.

Partly. Shopify Catalog syndicates your products to AI channels and infers generic attributes like color, material and size. It cannot invent an allergen statement, a certification or an alcohol content you never wrote down. Custom metafields aren’t passed to agents by default either. Pantryfeed writes the food-specific attributes into the standard fields Catalog does read.
The audit works on any store with public product pages. Pro starts with Shopify; WooCommerce and others are on the waitlist.
For the audit, only what a shopper sees: product pages, titles, descriptions, options. No login, no customer data. For Pro, a Shopify app with product read/write access only.
Pantryfeed is built by a small team in France. The audit is run by a person who reads your report before sending it. Reply to any email and you reach us.
